A friend from Memphis came to visit and when she asked if I’d like any Memphis memorabilia, of course I said beer. This beer labels itself as a gose, but it’s sour because of lime addition not because of souring process I think, and as for being a margarita, well that’s also not what it is. It reminded me of drinking Mexican beer at the beach with lots of lime and salt. Yum but neither a gose or a margarita. If I knew someone with a boat and lived in Memphis I’d bring this beer for a casual day drifting on crystal blue waters.
