Dandelion Ale

Every year I make dandelion syrup and this year it reminded me so much of wort that I couldn’t get the idea of making a dandelion ale out of my head. Having no particular recipe, I was in area of brew store and only bought 4 pounds of adjuncts planning to use the syrup as malt syrup. Also I harvested nettles and did an IPA hop schedule with them throughout the brew. As always I had issues with my mash rest temps, but at an OG of 1.090 less than 5 gallons, with an northwest ale yeast so we’ll see.
